About Me

I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor who holds a PhD in Medical and Cognitive Anthropology. I have led research in mental health issues since 2004. This led me to co-found and serve as past director of Breaking Convention, the UK’s flagship psychedelic research organisation.

I will work with you to find the best way to explore your concerns. I have a wide range of experience including trauma, grief and hopelessness, repetitive thought patterns, relationship issues, substance use and/or abuse, difficult life decisions.

My involvement in Breaking Convention makes me well placed to help you integrate challenging peak experiences. As an expatriate, I am aware of the challenges you may face living in a new country and the issues of third culture children.

I welcome clients of all races, ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, sexualities, belief systems or spiritual orientations. I aim to provide an understanding, empathic and non-judgmental service to all who choose to work with me.
