About Counselling

As an Integrative Counsellor I draw on several approaches to collaboratively develop best way to meet your unique needs. From this start, I will help you process the aspects of your life that may be holding you back from becoming your best self.

We will explore your experiences and struggles to find out what is serving your needs and what you can let go. The therapeutic approaches I draw upon are Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Existential and Internal Family Systems.

Over time, your needs may change so we will periodically review where we have come and what you need moving forward.

Ultimately, the goal is for you to develop a strong internal core that you can consult when life’s challenges threaten to overwhelm you. By cultivating this core you will become your own counsellor and find increased resilience and independence.
